Kick off the new year with a fresh start! This gentle vinyasa yoga class led by Cheryl Ann is designed to help you release the old and embrace a calm, refreshed version of yourself. Experience increased flexibility, strength, and vitality! All levels practice. Participants should be comfortable getting up and down from the floor with ease. Unwind, stretch, and breathe.Your body will thank you. Wear comfortable clothing, and bring a yoga mat and a bottle of water. Blocks optional. Minimum of 15 students.
