This course will assist you in understanding photography’s technical and aesthetic aspects, including: using digital cameras, managing your photos on your computer, composing images and discussing photographs, art, and more. You will also gain insight into the many roles of photography in our world. A DSLR or digital camera with interchangeable lenses is required, and the user’s manual is recommended. Please do not use a cell phone for this class. 

Build a Theme-Based Charcuterie Board

In this hands-on class you will learn about the blending of various cheeses, meats, fruits, and vegetables and gain a new perspective on entertaining as you create beautiful designs with every ingredient. You will learn how to slice cheese and fold meats to construct a board that will be a work of art. Lots of tips and tricks for ways to theme your boards to go with upcoming holidays and events will be shared. See how easy it is to turn your board into a portable cup as another option for entertaining.

Improv Your RPGs

Join us for an exciting and interactive class where the worlds of Role-Playing Games (RPGs) and improvisational theater collide! Learn improv techniques and gain skills that improve quick thinking, adaptability, and scene work -- skills that are applicable both in games and everyday life.

  • communication skills and boost self-esteem.
  • Explore creativity: Create characters, worlds, and engage in spontaneous storytelling.
  • Enjoy interactive gameplay: Experience RPG gameplay that emphasizes fun and creativity, regardless of experience level.
  • Collaborate with others: Work in teams to solve challenges and create narratives, fostering teamwork and social connections.
