On the second night of class, a real estate agent will be present to review what you need to know about the agreement of sale, inspections, and more.

Create your own goals for a "successful retirement;" eliminate debt and improve cash flow; properly convert your IRA to a Roth IRA; select the retirement plan distribution choice that is right for you; plan your retirement income to preserve a comfortable standard of living; and transfer the risk of potential financial losses before or during retirement. Participants will receive a 250-page workbook for an additional $35 fee payable by check to the instructor on the first night of class.
